$1,000,000 Franchise Leasehold Buildout Loan Closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $1MM, 98% of cost, leasehold buildout loan for an Ohio Human Bean Coffee Franchise.  The loan was completed with a bank partner using the SBA 7a guarantee.

The borrower, who is a regional franchise, food, and property investor, was seeking to buildout a new Human Bean franchise in Northern Ohio . 513 Capital was able to arrange a structure that resulted in very little down. Attractive rates and terms were provided along with a 10 year amortization.
