$1,000,000 Hotel Refinance Loan Closed Cuero, TX

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $1MM refinance loan for a Cuero, TX Fairbridge Inn and Suites.  The loan featured a 25 year fully amortization, and a US WSJ P + 1.5% interest rate.

513 Capital helped this client with the acquisition of the hotel last year with a bridge loan since the hotel was a quick timing acquisition. The bridge loan was soon maturing so the 513 Capital team was able to replace the debt with permanent financing. The loan was closed and approved and also gave the borrower working capital for property improvements. This facility was arranged through a SBA PLP Lender.
