$11,300,000 Hotel Construction Loan Arranged

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the funding of an 11.3MM Hotel Construction loan for a Pennsylvania Holiday Inn Express.  The loan represents 80% of the total construction and land costs.  The facility was arranged through an Midwest Lender, a local CDC, and interim construction lender.

513 Capital was able to arrange the financing for an owner-operator using the SBA 504 program to support the transaction.  The loan facility features an interest only construction construction period followed by a 5 year term and a 20 year amortization.
