$1,260,000 loan closed for Kentucky Econolodge

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the funding of a refinance loan for a London, Kentucky Econolodge.  The loan replaced a seller note which was used to acquire the property.  The facility was arranged through an Midwest SBA Lender.

513 Capital was able to arrange the financing for an owner-operator using the 7a program to support the transaction.  The loan facility is a 25 year fully amortizing structure.
