$1,600,000 Loan closing for Hotel Acquisition

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the funding of a 1.6MM acquisition loan for a Cleburne, Texas Fairbridge Inn & Suites. The loan supported the $2,100,000 purchase price the buyer optioned. The facility was arranged through an east coast SBA Lender.
513 Capital was able to arrange the financing for an owner-operator using the 7a program to support the transaction. The loan facility is a 25 year fully amortizing structure.
