$2,400,000 Hotel Refinance Loan Closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $2.4MM refinance loan for a Twinsburg, Ohio Hotel Property.  The loan was completed with a bank using the SBA 7a program.

The borrower, who is a regional hotel owner an operator, had existing debt that was maturing and the bank was exiting hotel lending an unwilling to renew. 513 Capital worked with the bank and ownership to place new debt on the property with a fully amortizing 25 year deal.
