$3,000,000 Ground Up Construction Loan Closed
513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $3MM, 75% of cost, construction loan for a Circle K Branded Gas Station. The loan was completed using an SBA 7a Preferred Lending Partner.
The borrower/developer owned the land bordering his hotel and adjacent to a major highway. It is a perfect fit for a new gas station. We worked with the borrower to do a lot split and release from their hotel lender(s) then arranged new financing for the construction of this new project.
