$900,000 Partner Buyout, Capital Improvement, and Debt Refinance closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the funding of a refinance and partner buyout loan for a Wilmington, Ohio located independent hotel.  The loan facility was arranged through an east coast SBA Lender.

513 Capital was able to arrange the financing for an owner-operator using the 7a program to support the transaction.  The loan provided refinance funds, along with capital to buyout 2 partners, and additional capital to make improvements to the property.  The loan facility is a 25 year fully amortizing structure.
