Good timing and Great Karma

We love hearing the success stories of our clients.  After all, their success is our success.

Last week one client called to personally thank me again for work on two loans I arranged for him.  His loan search started with a need to renovate his Holiday Inn Express to the Formula Blue PIP package.  This was a comprehensive and costly renovation, north of $2,000,000 in renovation capital alone, and he needed to support this need for capital through a refinance.  The transaction was not easy but did go smoothly.  However, not too long after the renovation began, the borrower realized he was going to be short the full capital to complete all the work.   We worked quickly and quantified the remaining capital need, then arranged an additional loan facility to finish the PIP.

The borrower has since completed the renovation…and just in time.  While considering a move forward strategy, a cash buyer approached him on a sale.  Last week he completed the transaction and called me to thank me again for getting these timely loans done with knowledge, patience, great communication, and an always professional temperament.
