Independent Hotel Acquisition Financed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the funding of an $900,000 acquisition for a Marion Indiana Independent Hotel. 

The loan facility was arranged with a southeastern bank lender and featured a 25 year fully amortizing term and an attractive interest rate.

The borrowers were first time hotel owners with one guarantor being a non US Citizen.
