$2,200,000 Human Bean Portfolio Refinance Closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati-based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $2.2MM conventional refinance loan for a portfolio of 5 Ohio located Human Bean Franchises.

The owners of the businesses had built the portfolio using floating rate debt from the  SBA  and another high interest lender.

513 Capital arranged Credit Union debt at 6.48% fixed rate on a 15 year amortization.  This loan freed up the borrowers SBA eligibility and save them a substantial amount of interest.  2 locations were fee owned but the other 3 were on ground leases.
