$3,600,000 Suburban Studios Refinance Loan Closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati-based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $3.6MM Hotel Property Refinance loan through a Florida Based SBA Lender.

The owner of a 115-room suite Surburban by Choice had maturing debt which they needed to refinance.  The transaction was complicated by a couple of brand transitions in the prior year.

513 Capital was able to secure a Prime + 1.25, 25 year amortizing loan to refinance the debt and gave the owner some working capital for improvements at the property.
