513 Capital, a Cincinnati-based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $6.5MM Refinance of a Cambridge Ohio Located Hampton Inn and Suites.
The owners of the Hampton completed an extensive Hilton PIP with cash out of pocket and sought to refinance the asset to return their capital to them.
513 Capital was able to arrange a CMBS lender with partial recourse at a 260bps over the 10 YR T on a 30 year amortization loan that returned all of their capital and more. The lender, a well known Hotel name and affiliated with a global private investment group, confidently and quickly executed with a B piece buyer to finalize the transaction.
