$9,300,000 Staybridge Hotel Refinance Loan Closed

513 Capital, a Cincinnati-based finance intermediary, is pleased to announce the closing of a $9.3MM Refinance of a Houston Located Staybridge Inn and Suites.
The owners of a Staybridge were seeking to replace maturing debt expiring in June. 513 Capital worked closely with the Asset Manager of the company who owns the hotel to obtain a full market search of available terms focused on rate and structure.
513 Capital was able to arrange 6.08% fixed rate financing on a ten year term and 25 amortization through a Regional Texas Bank. The loan featured fully funded PIP proceeds, a year of interest only, and some personal guarantee burn off for the sponsor.
